When the large anchor tenant vacated this building in the Meridian Office Park, Cushman & Wakefield brought in Keeney Design to remodel the building lobby to improve leasing and promote lease renewals.  The existing flooring was a patchwork of materials and colors, and the general appearance of the space was dated and disorganized.  The new design features marble flooring in a contemporary pattern, inset carpets at the elevators and seating areas, new planters and furniture, and a wood feature wall with recessed TVs. 

The success of this project resulted in Keeney Design being awarded a second building remodel for the owner at the Atrium II building.
