Expanding our Staff and Services in 2021!

Keeney Design has merged with Jergensen Studios to provide more services and additional staff to better serve our clients. Jergensen Studio has been providing architectural services in the Denver area for 13 years with a focus on single and multi-family residential, commercial and mixed use projects, both new construction and remodel. Their staff has relocated to the Keeney Design office; all staff are integrated into project teams and Nils Jergensen is now a Managing Principal at Keeney Design.

 

Architecture and Design

Keeney Design was founded in 1984 by Ron Keeney, to provide commercial architectural and interior design services to landlords, tenants, property managers and leasing agents for new and remodel projects. We have now completed over 40 million square feet of projects for our clients, providing space planning, lobby design BOMA area calculations and project management. The merger with Jergensen Studio adds extensive knowledge and experience in residential and mixed-use projects. We are licensed architects and interior designers with membership in BOMA, AIA and NCIDQ.
